nice but now why do we need to do those calculations even though there is no charge?
is it because the way we raise our kids or some external influences that make us in need to tell our children about this?

are they forgetting the religious teachings or our traditional malay culture has been tainted?

wallahu 'alam.

Good question there ikelah, even though I dont really have an answer nor explanation to give. :(

P/S I get so sad and tears will almost always start to swell in my eyes, every time I see the VC. I'm sure it has to do with the fact that I just lost my dad when the VC was first shown on TV.

i am sorry.

as for me, something else will make me remember of my late mother and how ungrateful son i was and things that i should do more for her, but i will not have a second chance, all of us.
While they are still around, we should be at our best in fulfilling our responsibility with patience and love.

as human we only realize the true value of something when it is no more in our grasp, beyond our reach.

(reminder for me actually)

Your dad must be around somewhere, smiling at this entry :)

Pycno,

I have never seen this VC before. Wonder how many years old the VC is but the message is still relevant. Arwah ayah mesti gembira kalau dia tahu rumah kat kampung dah siap.
